We Engineer Cosmetic Manufacturing Systems for Independent Operators, EDUCATors and program leaders

4D Engineering designs structured, GMP-aligned cosmetic manufacturing systems for independent operators, brand founders, and learning communities. Our systems are built on over 30 years of direct cosmetic formulation and manufacturing experience developed inside FDA-regulated environments and refined through decades of real production, not theory.

SAMANTHA DICKEY

Founder

Samantha brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience spanning high speed beverage quality systems at Pepsi to the design of structured cosmetic manufacturing models. Her engineering technology background and direct experience in FDA-regulated production environments give her a perspective on cosmetic manufacturing that is rare in the independent beauty space; one rooted in industrial discipline, process documentation, and repeatable quality systems.

Over the past 30+ years, Samantha has developed and owned proprietary formulas across color cosmetics including liquid matte lipsticks, mineral foundation systems, pressed eyeshadow, and anhydrous skincare formulas that are now the foundation of the 4D Engineering licensing portfolio.

Beyond product development, Samantha has spent decades facilitating cosmetic manufacturing education for entrepreneurs, brand founders, and students through hands-on STEM programs recognized by FOX 5, Forbes, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Peachtree TV, StyleBlueprint, and the CW.
