Shipping

  • Free Shipping: All kits include free USPS Ground shipping.

  • Kits are shipped in a 6” × 9” padded mailer (or equivalent protective packaging).

  • Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

  • Shipping Area: We currently ship to the continental United States only.

  • Processing Time: Pressed eyeshadow kits ship within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

  • Bulk Orders: Bulk or invoice-only orders follow the lead time stated on the invoice.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final.

Each eyeshadow manufacturing kit contains measured cosmetic ingredients intended for hands-on manufacturing practice. Once shipped, these materials cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.

Please note:

  • Each kit includes one eyeshadow color system and materials intended for up to three pressing attempts.

  • Results may vary based on technique, pressure, and handling. This is expected and part of the manufacturing process.

  • Kits are designed for educational and practice use, not as finished, factory-pressed cosmetic products.

  • For safety, quality, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or unopened kits.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

  • Educational, experimental, and instructional use only.

  • They are not intended for resale as completed cosmetics.

  • Users assume full responsibility for safe handling, hygiene practices, and workspace cleanliness while experimenting.

Intellectual Property

  • All formulas, instructions, manuals, photographs, videos, digital guides, and any included documents are protected intellectual property.

  • Purchasing a kit does not grant rights to reproduce, distribute, repackage, or resell any materials, instructions, or formulas.

  • No part of these materials may be copied, shared, or published without written permission.

Safety

By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Use kits responsibly and as instructed.

  • Supervise minors—kits are intended for teens (16+) and adults only.

  • Follow all equipment and pigment-handling guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Any misuse of the kit or materials,

  • Reactions, staining, or accidents resulting from improper use,

  • Delays caused by USPS or other carriers.
