Licensing includes full access to formulas, SOPs, sourcing lists, packaging guidance, and your private license portal with updates and training resources.
INITIAL LICENSING FEE
$30,000 (one-time)

First-year production rights (up to 10,000 units)
Once your application is approved, you’ll receive your licensing agreement and an invoice. After payment and contract completion, access to your private written license materials will be granted.
ANNUAL RENEWAL FEE
$5,000 per year (up to 10,000 units)
Covers continued rights to manufacture and sell, plus access to any formula or SOP updates released within the term.
Royalty & Renewal Tiers for Higher Production Volumes
For brands producing more than 10,000 units annually, renewal and royalty tiers are structured as follows:
Up to 10,000 units: $5000 renewal (standard tier)
10,001 to 25,000 units: $9,000 renewal or 3% royalty on net sales (growth tier)
25,001 to 50,000 units: $15,000 renewal or 4% royalty on net sales (expansion tier)
50,001+ units: Custom rate, typically a 5% royalty (enterprise tier)
