The formula, the color system, and the production methodology are documented for repeatable, consistent output from your first batch.

The anhydrous formulation requires no preservation system, carries a lower regulatory burden than emulsion based products, and has an extended shelf life thus reducing risk for the operator at every stage of production.

Liquid matte lipstick manufacturing requires precise viscosity control, calibrated pigment dispersion, and an engineered base that delivers controlled dry down and sustained adhesion without traditional film polymers. Very few independent operators have access to a system that achieves this at small batch scale with documented repeatability.

The small batch format, approximately 120 units per production run, is a feature of this system. The documentation, methodology, and frameworks we provide are built to give your operation the engineering infrastructure to run correctly and consistently without ongoing dependency on us.
