STRUCTURAL PACKAGING PROTOTYPE

This spherical packaging prototype was developed as an exploration in form, balance, and functional integration. The objective was to test how non-traditional geometry could house a lip balm system while maintaining structural integrity, user ergonomics, and manufacturability.

Our packaging development process evaluates material selection, closure stability, fill compatibility, and supply chain feasibility alongside visual impact. Concept-driven structures are engineered to function reliably in real production environments — not just as aesthetic statements.
