REDUCED MATERIAL SAMPLING FRAMEWORK

This foundation sample array was developed as a material efficient distribution model for high pigment mineral formulations. Each shade was portioned into home-compostable packaging to minimize secondary waste while maintaining product protection, pigment stability, and high design presentation.

Beyond sustainability considerations, the structure serves as a visual and operational demonstration of scalable shade architecture. The stacked format allows for efficient range display, batch organization, and controlled sampling without reliance on rigid plastics or excess componentry. It illustrates how expansive complexion systems can be introduced to market through reduced material strategies without diminishing perceived value.

This approach reflects a broader design principle: material selection, product performance, and environmental impact should be evaluated within the same engineering framework — not as separate conversations.
